What this is

No guru act, no fake before-and-afters. Just what worked, what didn't, and what I'd do differently.

Why "real talk" and not another fitness guru site

Most fitness and money content is either selling you a program or performing a perfect life. I'm neither. When a routine finally clicked for me, I'll tell you. When a supplement was a waste of money, I'll tell you that too. I test stuff with my own cash and my own back.

How these posts are made

I use AI to help with drafts and some images โ€” but every post is fact-checked and edited by me before it goes up, and the real opinions and screw-ups are mine. I don't publish anything I wouldn't actually try myself.
